Product Warranty

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY & LEGAL TERMS

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by Wide Open Throttle Films, LLC (“WOT Films”) and applies to Paint Protection Film (“PPF”), Window Tint Film (“Tint”), and Vinyl Wrap Film (“Vinyl”) manufactured and/or distributed by WOT Films and installed by an Authorized Dealer.

By registering product serial numbers and allowing installation, the purchaser agrees to all terms of this Warranty.

1.0 DEFINITIONS

1.1 “WOT Films” refers to Wide Open Throttle Films, LLC.
1.2 “Authorized Dealer” refers to a professional installer approved by WOT Films.
1.3 “Product” refers to WOT Films PPF, Tint, and Vinyl films.
1.4 “Purchaser” refers to the original consumer receiving installation services.
1.5 “Defect” refers solely to manufacturing-related material failure and does not include installation workmanship or external damage.

2.0 WARRANTY ACTIVATION & SERIAL REGISTRATION

2.1 Each Product roll contains a unique serial identification number.

2.2 Warranty coverage becomes effective only when the following are registered within thirty (30) days of installation:

• Serial number
• Installation date
• Vehicle identification (VIN or license plate)
• Authorized Dealer information

2.3 Failure to register within this period voids all warranty coverage.

3.0 LIMITED WARRANTIES BY PRODUCT

3.1 Paint Protection Film Limited Warranty – Ten (10) Years

WOT Films warrants PPF against manufacturing defects including:

• Yellowing or discoloration beyond normal aging
• Cracking, splitting, or material breakdown
• Bubbling or delamination
• Adhesive system failure caused by defect

Remedy is limited to replacement of defective PPF material only.

3.2 Window Tint Film Limited Warranty – Lifetime

WOT Films warrants Tint against manufacturing defects including:

• Fading or color change
• Bubbling or peeling
• Delamination
• Adhesive failure

Remedy is limited to replacement of defective Tint material only.

3.3 Vinyl Wrap Film Limited Warranty – Two (2) Years

WOT Films warrants Vinyl against manufacturing defects including:

• Premature cracking or splitting
• Excessive fading beyond reasonable exposure
• Delamination
• Adhesive failure caused by defect

Remedy is limited to replacement of defective Vinyl material only.

4.0 MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS

4.1 Products must be properly maintained to preserve warranty coverage.

4.2 Required care includes:

• Always hand wash with mild automotive soap
• Avoiding abrasive tools and harsh chemicals
• Avoiding pressure washing at edges or seams
• Following all care instructions provided at installation

4.3 Failure to maintain Product may void warranty coverage.

5.0 EXCLUSIONS

This Warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation or workmanship
• Physical damage, rock chips, abrasions, or accidents
• Chemical exposure or harsh cleaners
• Improper maintenance or neglect
• Environmental contamination or fallout
• Acts of nature (hail, flood, fire, etc.)
• Normal wear or cosmetic aging
• Labor, removal, or reinstallation costs

6.0 AUTHORIZED DEALER AGREEMENT

6.1 Warranty coverage applies only to installations performed by Authorized Dealers.

6.2 Dealers agree to:

• Follow WOT Films installation standards
• Register serial numbers accurately
• Educate customers on care requirements
• Submit truthful claim documentation

6.3 WOT Films reserves the right to revoke dealer authorization for non-compliance or fraudulent claims.

7.0 CLAIM REVIEW & DENIAL STANDARDS

7.1 All claims must include:

• Proof of registration
• Serial number verification
• Photographic evidence
• Dealer inspection if requested

7.2 WOT Films may deny claims if:

• Damage resulted from improper installation
• Maintenance requirements were not followed
• Product was not properly registered
• Damage falls under exclusions
• Documentation is incomplete or misleading

7.3 Claim determinations are made at WOT Films’ discretion following review.

8.0 REMEDIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 WOT Films’ sole obligation is replacement of defective Product material.

8.2 WOT Films is not responsible for:

• Labor costs
• Vehicle damage
• Loss of use
• Incidental or consequential damages

8.3 Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations.

9.0 BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

9.1 Any dispute arising from this Warranty shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Texas.

9.2 Arbitration shall be administered under American Arbitration Association rules.

9.3 The parties waive the right to jury trial and participation in class actions.

10.0 TRANSFERABILITY

10.1 All warranties are transferable during their respective coverage periods with proof of original installation and registration.

11.0 FORCE MAJEURE

WOT Films is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, supply disruptions, government actions, or labor disputes.

12.0 GOVERNING LAW

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

13.0 ENTIRE AGREEMENT & SEVERABILITY

13.1 This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between WOT Films and the purchaser.

13.2 If any provision is deemed unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
